Counselor Connections: Referral Bonus Program Guidance

Objective: Encourage Employees to refer licensed, passionate, skilled, and dedicated counselors who share our vision for a better tomorrow.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • The referrer must be a current employee of a Recovery Management Company (New Day Recovery, On Demand Counseling, On Demand Occupational Medicine, Valley Recovery Partners)
  • The referred candidate must have the required education and licensure: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree; LSW, LPC, LISW, LPCC.
  • The referred candidate must successfully complete 90 days of employment with New Day Recovery or On Demand Counseling.

Program Rules:

  • Current employees of Recovery Management are encouraged to refer potential candidates who meet the qualifications outlined in the eligibility criteria. (The referred candidate must have the required education and licensure: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree; LSW, LPC, LISW, LPCC.)
  • To make a referral, the employee must provide the name, contact information, and resume of the candidate to the Human Resources department by filling out the candidate referral form.
  • The referred candidate will go through the standard hiring process, including interviews and background checks.
  • If the referred candidate is hired and successfully completes 90 days of employment with New Day Recovery, the referring employee will receive:
    • Dependent License Referral Bonus: $ 500 – LSW, LPC
    • Independent License Referral Bonus: $1000 – LISW, LPCC
  • Referral bonuses will be paid out after the 90-day employment period of the referred candidate via payroll processing.
  • The first employee to refer a candidate will be the only referring employee eligible for payment.
  • Only candidates who meet the essential qualifications for the position will be considered.
  • All candidates will be evaluated for employment consistent with company policies and procedures.
  • All information regarding the hiring decision will remain strictly confidential.
  • There is no limit to the number of referrals an employee can make.

This referral bonus program is designed to reward employees for their valuable contributions in helping New Day Recovery find passionate and dedicated counselors who align with our mission. We believe that this program will strengthen our commitment to healing and hope while recognizing the efforts of our team members.
